Changed broadband losing connection

Since changing to a different broadband provider we are having to input the Wi-Fi password regularly 3-4 times a week.

never happened when on Skynbroadband.

anyone else have this problem?

Try changing the wifi channel in the router settings as it might be clashing with the sky q mesh channel.

@RogerTrevor  Did you do a Network reset on the Sky Q box when you changed provider?
