Change to sky essentials with a Q box

When switching to Sky essentials with a q box do you loose all sky channels?

@PF10  Yes apart from the free to air channels

@PF10  Also note that Essentials on SKY Q is not the same as Essential TV on SKY Stream (that includes SKY atlantic & Netflix) which is a bad choice of a similar name
