I recently had sky glass but cancelled it because of freezing issues but I kept the tv and was put back onto my original sky q package, now when I turn the Chanel's on remote I am getting problems as it goes onto sky glass remote and then also shows the sky q channel it's as if the sky glass and sky q are working at the same time
