Hi,
I've been having the common catch-up and on demand problem with our skyQ. We've recently moved house and even with all settings to SD it still says subscription upgrade required, even tried to view my products and also tried to add the hd package via the box but it just hangs on "Loading..."

Hi @Mushishi When you moved house did you also book a house move for your SKYQ?
