Casualty episodes missing from catch up

Casualty episodes missing from catch up on sky Q when I use search or voice search it's only giving me seires 37 and episodes from series 38 are nowhere to be seen anywhere on sky Q box and they should show via search on sky Q anyone else having this problem so can anyone elsss confirm if they having this issue thanks 

@Kirsty+S27 please help

@1Anonymous1 showing the same for me even doing a manually search by typing in casualty, at a guess this is all the BBC has supplied to Sky 

You could always contact viewer relations at viewerR@sky.uk

Iv emailed the viewers team and no reply emailed them last week and Wednesday and no reply

According to this they are still on series 37 with episode 43 due to be broadcast tomorrow ?

Series 37 finished a bit ago plus they not go thumbnails  on sky.com (which they should have) as seen in the  link  you added so the data  also not right somewhere for casualty on sky could all be part of the problem

This may be down to the fact that the BBC seems to have changed how Casualty is now listed in that those recently show are available on the BBC IPlayer but under the subheading of Casualty - Driving Force and not series 38. May be confusing how Sky are picking them up.

 

In the meantime, only option is to use the BBC IPlayer app to view those recently shown episodes.

You might be correct as it was originally listed as seires 38 on bbc iPlayer but hope  this can be fixed on sky so it shows via search like it should

Yeah don't know why they won't answer me I even emailed apps@sky.uk  and they not even answered me iv not done anything wrong so don't know why they won't answer what ca I do now? As this needs fixing @oj01
