If your Sky Q remote is definitely broken/faulty, if you follow this link it should allow you to do some more troubleshooting and then it’ll send you to a form to request a replacement (apparently this is not available to customers in the ROI).

I don't know whether Sky will allow two free replacement though. It may be quicker to purchase a new remote from a retailer or larger supermarket.

I appreciate your help but sky already gave me 3 remotes when the blue button voice thing got upgraded ages ago which I thought was nice of them.. it's actually the little wierd arrow buttons on the small q boxes themselves on the boxes. I actually have three although 2 work at the same time but one of the boxes the light button has fallen back int

o itself too.

Okay, I thought you were referring to remotes. You'll have to call Sky and see if they'll swap the mini box although they might say it's not normal wear and tear. November 2019 I got my mini box and it's still in perfect condition.

These things happen but like @Daniel0210 has said it's not normal wear and tear I've had mine since March 2016 and the WPS button hasn't moved.

Those WPS buttons only need pressing once in a while. How has that happened??
