Card not pairing

My sky box isn't working. It says viewing card nought paired and I cant watch any of the programs. It also says I need to upgrade my subscription but we have the phone who do you speak to and how can I get this working?

@Sebulba You could try refreshing your viewing card by pressing home > settings > system info > viewing card number > setup > viewing card setup press select to trigger a callback don't worry nothing to do with your phone its only Sky's terminology this will be done over the internet
