You are saying I haven’t returned my mini box but you have previously acknowledged the return

I returned my sky q mini box on 21.11.23 and received an email acknowledgement from you. Since then you have been emailing and texting me to say I've not returned it and you're going to charge me. I have the receipt to show this was posted and as above you emailed me on 21.11.23 to acknowledge I'd sent it

You will need to call Sky. 🎅The escalation process is unavailable until Thursday 28 December. If you have to call Sky we’ve been informed the phone lines will be open:
Christmas Eve ~ 0900 til 1800
Christmas Day ~ 0900 til 1800
Boxing Day ~ 0800 til 2000
New Years Eve ~ 0900 til 1800
New Years Day ~ 0800 til 2100
Other days will be normal hours.
