Cant turn off subtitles

I turn off subtitles but then each time I change channel the subtitles return

Hi @william6811   The quickest way to change the default to off, is to use the voice command "turn off subtitles". The other way is to turn them off is in the accessibility settings. Home -> Settings -> Accessibility -> Subtitles -> Off. The "?" route does not change the default as you have discovered.

I can turn them off, but as soon as I change channel the subtitles automatically return so I have to turn them off again
