So trying to redeem my apple Id. I have been on the my Sky app and have clicked redeem.
However when I click redeem it doesn't do anything.
I have tried on 2 different phones and it just has a slight glitch in the screen looking like it's trying to load.
I have then gone back and it states redeemed on the page however when I try logging in on the TV it only gives me the option for the 7 day free trial.
I'm not too sure what else to do.
