Cant control my sky

So I havent been able to control my sky box or my sky remote for a couple of days now ive tried new batteries . Also tried trying the box off and on again and following the normal steps and using 7 and 9 and then 1 and 3 bit nothing comes up on the telly. Nothing seems to be working and dnt know what else to try or do as now cant watch sky for the kids or anything now

Try the Sky Go app - it has a built-in virtual remote.

Ive tried that but it cant find my sky box either

Hi @Deanw1   Just checking that the Sky box is not hidden. The remote needs to "see" the box to pair it. Try pressing the "?" button and confirm the remote LED lights up.
