Cannot record

Hi, we are unable to record anything on our sky boxes, it says unavailable due to an effort. This has been happening all this week

Have you tried a power down and back up?

 

it may be indicative of a pending hard disk failure.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
