Programmes on series link in the scheduled section are recording ok. New series programmes cannot. Also, on the TV guide there are many blank spaces so cannot record from there either.

Try a reboot of the main Sky Q box, then once that’s back up and running do the same with any mini boxes if applicable -
~ Using the remote put your main Sky Q box into standby
~ switch the box off at the plug
~ wait at least 30 seconds and then switch the box back on at the plug
~ follow the on screen instructions
~ when the screen goes blank and the blue Q stops pulsating wait another 30 seconds
~ press the 🏠 button

Hi. Thanks for this but, our main box is in the kitchen with no screen (as this is where the satellite cable comes in). We have had to have multiscreen to reach the tv in the lounge (our only tv). So I can't follow any on screen instructions at the main Q box. Any suggestions please?
