Cannot get q box to come on
The orange light is on sky box but cannot get it to turn on. Sky mono box in back room is fine. Have turned everything off even the rooter and still cannot box to come on but mimi box is still working

Everything has been switched off and back on again we have an orange light on the front of the box but we cannot get passed that. Rooter is working so is the mini box in the back room

@Madeira01 have you tried pressing the button where the orange light is on the front of the Q box to turn it on. If not try that or Try resetting your remote.
Press the buttons 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then press 1 & 3 together until the led flashes twice then follow onscreen instructions to repair the remote.
