Cannot get Apps set up

I am trying to activate Paramount+ and Discovery + which I get free as part of my package but when I use the QR code and follow the link I get a message to say that there is a problem try again later. 
This has been happening for a few days now, is there something wrong at Sky end or is t.here something else I need to do.

I have tried calling to speak to a human but this is proving impossible so hopefully there is help available via this chat line.

Hi @Gingar 

You could try deleting your Browser History and cookies or try a different browser.
