Cannot connect the extra channels ITV3 & ITV4

[Churchview1950]

I'm putting in the frequency I always used for Iyv3 and ITV4 but it keeps coming up "No channels found!"  
can anyone help. The frequency I'm using is: 

ITV3= 10.891, 

H , 22.0 , 5/6,  DVB-S , QPSK;
