Cannot access on demand etc on sky a box and setting states connected to Internet?

Cannot access on demand or and of my Sky packages on sky q box and connection shows connected to Internet I have switched off and re set linking to my sky box and goes through stages to 4 ok but still not activated

@Jo+V+C what messages are you seeing when you try to use on-demand 


I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer
