Cannot access HBO Max or Disney+

We have Sky Q (full Ultimate package) and I have previously subscribed to Discovery+ for TNT Sports. 

I've tried to access both HBO Max and Disney+ but keep getting the error message 

"Thanks for your patience. We are experiencing high demand right now. Please come back and try again"

 

This has been going on for days. Any ideas? 

I've tried going onto Sky Store and all the other things I can think of. As usual the virtual assistant was useless.

Hi - I also have an issue setting up HBO Max. I keep getting the error:

'We can't do that at the moment

We hope to have everything back to normal soon. Please try again late'

 

any help would be appreciated.
