Cannot Scroll To Line in Recordings

Hi Ive just received a replacment Sky Q main box as my last box wasnt working. Ive downloaded all if the programmes I had on my box before it went and it appears I cannot scroll beyond line 2. Has anyone got any advice what to do? Thanks

Its started to work fine after a reboot. Please close.
