Cancelling

Hi people I am trying to cancel my sky as its getting to expensive phoned them up to give 31 days and they said I still have to pay for 2 more years as I'm still in contract which I find outrageous they also haven't cancelled anything just not sure what to do now. Thank you Caz

If you are within a minimum term contract then you indeed cannot cancel.

 

However, are you sure it's 2 years and not 2 months?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Hi @Cazdickson   Did you try to reduce your subscription to the minimum package for the remaining term. I would try again on a week day but even if they agree to cancel (unlikely), the minimum you can hope for is a vast early termination fee.

Baring in mind that 2026 is only 13 months away.
