Cancelling subscription

Due to the price increase, I wish to cancel my sky Q subscription.  The contract expires on 24th Feb.

If I give 31 day notice from 16th Feb, what date will the service be terminated and what future and final charges can I expect?

You can't cancel here.  You have to contact Sky.

your service will cease 31 days after giving notice.  Billing continues as normal (including the month in advance).  After cessation your final bill will generate a credit for the overpayment.

UK customer ~ The link may include an email link and also a Message Us option (which is normally available between 9am and 7.30pm).
ROI customer ~ it’s only by calling Sky Ireland or writing in.

Return packaging will be sent out near the end of your notice period. Obtain proof of posting and keep it safe and indefinitely.
