Cancelling sky
I am finding it impossible to cancel Sky. I have read other posts saying likewise. I do not want to reinstate and I keep getting texts and emails asking me to do this. I have returned the equipment, in the box you sent me, but you still continue to harass and try and charge me for a service which you know I do not want. I am escalating this to the regulator as your company is behaving like thugs.

@Lynnannoyed Afraid you are not contacting Sky's customer services on here, this is a customer to customer forum where customers help each other. You are just telling other customers all you can do is make a complaint to Sky

Did you give 31 days notice to cancel? Did you receive confirmation you cancelled?

Re: Cancelling sky
I told the person on the call. He said it was now cancelled and sent me the box. Not sure what else I was meant to do.

Did you receive an email from Sky acknowledging the cancellation?

So once you've correctly cancelled Sky will send you an email acknowledging that. You will have a 31 day notice period.
