It's entirely dependent on how you watch football.
The benefit of Sky Q is that you can set a match to record and it will stay on your hard drive until you want to watch it.
NOW TV is often cheaper but is reliant on your broadband and is only better if you always watch matches live. You can't watch full replays of everything on demand.
I don't watch sport but personally prefer NOW as I don't watch much Sky TV at all but can get the Entertainment package with Boost for a lot less than the monthly cost of Sky Stream.
