I want to cancel Netflix on my account but can't seem to do so online? I'm wanting it cancelled before getting charged for it on January's bill. This months is free but at the time of activating it last week I didn't realise my daughter already had an account that she was paying for so seems completely pointless paying for another account through Sky. Is this something I need to ring up about/try and get in touch via chat?

It's all sorted now anyway got in touch with chat and it was done withing 5 minutes 👍

Does she live at your address? If not you can't share that account but she can add a guest user for about £6 instead of a full extra account.
pretty sure you need to call Sky to remove this.

Yes she lives at my address which is why I'm wanting to remove it.

Well like I said, even if she didn't you might still want to remove it because £6 is less than a full sub.
