I recently cancelled sky TV. I received a txt message to say they would be sending packaging out so I can return my equipment.
A week went by and I hadn't received anything so I got the original boxes from the loft and printed off the return labels on the website, went to the post office and when i returned the sky packaging had arrived. Inside was a letter asking for the sky q box , the multiroom box and the extra multiroom box which was sold to me at a cost. Surely the one I bought I should keep or be refunded for? They're £99. I've tried looking for a sky customer service email but no joy.

I paid £99 for an extra multiroom box, it can't be £99 for an activation fee?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreAll Sky Q mini boxes are loaned to you and must be returned at the termination of your subscription. It wouldn't be any good keeping it anyway as it won't work. Not returning it and paying a non return fee still doesn't transfer ownership to you.
