Cancel

I want to cancel my sky tv. 

I moved house in December 2022, an engineer attended the address and could not install our sky tv and I've been charged since.

 

I have not used sky in our new property.

Not sure why you've left it 8 months to try to cancel? 

To cancel it completely, and if you’re out of contract, you’ll need to give the required notice of 31 days. Be aware the latest T’s and C’s explicitly state you cannot cancel within a minimum term deal unless Sky agree to it. If they agree you’ll end up paying off the rest of the discounted term in one payment.
Select ‘Need more help’ at the bottom of the following link which will lead to contact details.

(Make sure the flag in the bottom right corner is the correct one ie; UK or ROI).
UK customer ~ The link may include an email link and also a Message Us option (which is normally available between 9am and 7.30pm).
ROI customer ~ it’s only by calling Sky Ireland or writing in.

If you cancel correctly you should receive a confirmation email from Sky.

If you’re cancelling Sky Q totally don’t forget to keep you proof of posting indefinitely when you return the box(es). Return packaging will be sent out towards the end of your notice period.

Hi Sky, 

I wish to cancil my delivery of the new Sky Box please. I removed the power cable from the Sky Q box for a minute then plugged it back in. the box rebooted & it is now working.  Thank you. Thomas Duncan-Williams

You will have to call Sky. This is mainly a customer helps customer forum so you’re not talking to Sky Customer Services. Sky won’t know who you are from your Community log-in name.
