Renewed with sky was given free cinema with sky sports told I would get email when end of free trial, I just want to cancel the cinema subscription, not the sports but can't make any headway , on line .

@Lulu26 To remove a part of your TV package you need to contact Sky giving the standard 31 days notice. If you have 'in contract' discounts you may not be able to remove them. Also make sure cancellation of a certain add-on doesn’t cancel another part of a discount.
