Cancel mini box

Hello, I had an engineer out today & I agreed to having a mini box sent out, for upstairs. On firther reflection I would like to cancel the mini box. The box was intended for my sons bedroom & whilst I know about parental controls both of my boys are far more tech savvy than me. 

Please can I cancel the mini box.
