I have Sky Q, coming up to the end of my 18 month contract, if I gave 31 days notice to cancel and the Sky retentions team do not call me, can I wait until around 7 days before contract ends to 4enew my Sky subscription?

@Mollie6 all you can do is call sky at the time and see what they offer you, but there is absolutely no obligation for sky to offer you anything

Hi @Mollie6 Almost certainly no discount on your current in contract price. After several rejections (getting lower each time) I did manage to get the same price last time. It is important to get a UK call centre.
