Can't stream or download anything for the last couple of days. Download speed really low. Tried Appl

Download speed and streaming really slow. 23rd and 24th December. Is it just Xmas?

 

Have power cycled Sky Q and my broadband and tried to refresh apps.

 

Current broadband speed is 90Mb/s

No it's not christmas. Sometimes the Q box wifi goes like this but a reboot usually resolves it (as long as the wifi connection is strong)

Hi @ChrisD42 

Go into Netflix on the Q box and select the Get help  near the bottom of the left hand menu.

On the next screen select Check your network. 
This will give you the Network speed your Q box is using.
