Can’t start sky q with remote

Have to unplug sky q box every day on first use as the remote won't start the box. After reboot the remote works fine but shouldn't have to unplug every day!

Hi @FrancescaZ1   At what time of day? The default for the standby settings is Eco, so the box goes into a deep sleep until 05:45 ish.

No it's any time of day after the box has been on standby.

Do the fans spin loudly before you unplug? And a blue spinning light?

No the standby light is amber but no other fans or lights
