Hi I have moved and my boxes are in storage as I intend to use in a new property but Sky are asking for them

You'll need to get them out of storage then if you don't want to be charged a hefty non-return fee.

All Sky Q equipment remains the property of Sky and must be returned to them if you are not paying for a channel subscription package.

If Sky are asking for them back then I presume you've cancelled your sub?
