Can’t pair TCL 50_PF650K tv

Hi everyone- hoping someone can help. I've tried pairing my TCL 50_PF650K to the Sky Q box but it's just not happening, I've followed the instructions by the letter, it's hopeless. The tv is brand new so I thought there would be no problems at all, the model number isn't available on the Sky Q instructions. At the end, SKY Q don't give me any possibilities with alternatives to match my tv. ....

@Dave409 If you have tried all the options it gives you under TCL in case one of the other models work for your TV  I have 2 suggestions try under the other brands option or try under vestel

TCL is a gigantic Chinese corporation and manufactures on a huge scale: I suspect they won't be rebadging Turkish television sets.
