Can't order a new Sky mini box

I'm trying to order an additional Sky mini box but my payment keeps rejecting even though I have tried different cards, is there an IT problem or any reason why this is happening ?

Probably best to contact Sky directly @Aslett.

You may also be able to do a deal on the upfront cost.
