Can't log into Disney+

I have taken up Sky offer for Disney +. I have had Disney + previously but don't have it any longer. When attempting to log it through the app, it brings up a QR code. When using the QR code through my, it bring up the loggin page, but states I have no active subscription and to access Disney + I need to pay. How do I link my Sky to my Disney +? I am using the same email address.
