Can’t get past step 1 when trying to set up sky mini box

Hi,

I can't get past step 1 when trying to reconnect sky mini box. My other sky boxes are ok, and signal from router is ok.

Hi @Dave_S 

On your mini remote press and hold 7 & 9 on the remote until it's led flashes four times.

This will set the remote to infrared mode which will work all boxes in line of site.

Reboot the mini again and then see if the remote will get past step 1.

Remember to point the remote at the mini .

If you can get the mini working then repair the remote by pressing 1 & 3 and following onscreen instructions.
