Can't get netflix

Says on screen need payment 

The soft ware and hard ware different numbers but have download soft ware and said it was done but still the same

Does your netflix account work on any other device?

 

also not sure where you are seeing those software and hardware version numbers but they're not supposed to be the same anyway so that's a red herring.
