The top 10 lists have disappeared from Netflix when using the app through Sky although other devices still show it. I am also unable to edit or add profiles however I've always been able to do this up to now. I want to use Netflix through Sky as the picture quality is better. This is one of the best features Netflix has so is frustrating. Any ideas on how to fix this?

I am no help but I have the exact same issue. I can get it on mini boxes but not main box. Odd. Can't get top ten or previews. Very frustrating

I have a sky q box with Netflix basic included with my package. I like to look at the Top Ten Films and Top Ten TV programs to see what looks good. Recently when I scroll through the Netflix app whats on it has stopped showing me the Top Ten Films & TV programs and also it has stopped showing me the previews to programs as you scroll through as well. Tried googling the answer but it found anything. Hoping someone can help.

Hi @maryjane10
For some reason the Sky Q Netflix no longer shows Top Ten.
The Netflix on Smart TV's still does show it.

Is there a way to escalate this to find out why we can't see this anymore as it used to show them. I can't look on my smart Tv as it only allows access to Netflix via sky q app so I can't look on my Tv.

Hi @maryjane10
Does your Smart TV have the Netflix App?
If so there should be no reason why you cannot use the TV Netflix app using your Sky Q credentials.
I would have thought that all current Smart TV's will have the Netflix App.
Thats exactly what I am doing here and can confirm that the TV Netflix App will show the current top ten.

Yes I have a Netflix app on my smart Tv. Do you log in with your sky email and password to use it? I only have the Netflix basic package on sky q (one Tv) does it let you log into another app.

Okay so when you log in using the smart Tv app with your sky email and password it says it does not recognise the password so if you do a password reset does that stop you accessing it via sky q as you have changed the password. Also can you do this anyway if you have the basic sky q Netflix package one Tv. I think it allows this so long as you are only watching on one device but I'm not sure.

Think the 1 device limit is concurrent so should be fine.

@Chodley As far as I am aware and fairly certain that when I logged in on my Q box app I needed my email address and password
