Discussion topic: Can’t download from sky comedy

Hi,

help please! We have been trying to download Sex and the City series 1 on Sky Comedy. The download just hangs on 0%. I can happily watch the series on Sky Go and also download other shows from Sky Comedy etc. but for some reason we just can get Sex and the City.  
Any ideas?
