Can’t download Fast X

I'm trying to download Fast X and it's not

letting us watch. 
it downloads after cancelling then down loading again, doesn't give me to opinion to watch and doesn't show up in my recordings. 
I've rebooted the box and rebooted the hard drive loosing everything in it and it still doesnt work 😠

You are not trying to watch this in UHD on a Mini are you?

Minis are not UHD capable
