Can’t change channel

Have black screen with the sound of BBC1,, and channel up/down doesn't respond. Can press home button and get onto tv guide but doesn't let me change channel.

Tried turning your Q box off and back on again?

Turned it off at the wall and back on, but we've had Sky Q for three weeks and we've had three problems with it. Shouldn't be this difficult
