Can’t book box office

I have tried to book the boxing via box office. I keep getting a message saying that I need a satalite signal to book this. I have a perfect satalite signal. I have even reset it but keep getting the same message. My satalite signal is very strong . What's going on

Assume you are trying to book this on your main Q box?

Are you trying in the Home Menu - Sports or the TV Guide?
