Have sky package that includes sky Atlantic which I can watch live. Have recorded day of the Jackal but when I try and access am told I need to upgrade my subscription. An hour on the phone to try and remedy - no result. Done all the usual -Wi-Fi working, on/off, wait 20 mins. Any help appreciated. Have had nothing but trouble since new white router 150 installed, eg can't connect ring doorbell- 'you need a new one'. Have spent over 12 hours trying to sort this, reconnect devices - didn't even want new hun. Just called to get my bill down. Any help appreciated. V v frustrated

I suspect you may not have the HD add on
If this the case then as the default download quality is set to HD (high Definition) not SD then when you try to download and watch you are prompted to upgrade (i.e. take out the HD subscription)
You, probably, just need to change your download preference to SD
Main Menu -> Settings -> Setup -> Preferences
(Please note this setting can only be set on the Main box)
