Can’t access apps or programmes on Sky
Can't access my apps or lots of programmes on regular channels. Keeps saying I need to upgrade my subscription even though I'm only trying to access a programme on BBCc

Same here, cant view recordings or use on demand or catch up. Same message as above. Tried reboot by unplugging and restarting box and that seems to have fixed it for now.
