Can’t access Netflix or Paramount +
I get error messages when trying to access Paramount + or Netflix.

What does the error message say?
Is there an error number associated with the error?
Are you on sky q, sky glass, or sky stream?

LG Smart TV. Both apps used to work until my latest change of my Sky package.

Paramount plus gives 406 Not Acceptable
Netflix simply keeps searching for Netflix.
If I don't go through the Sky Box Netflix comes up on my TV via the Smart TV.

Sky phoned to give me a new package that included Paramount+ and Netflix and Sky Cinema.

And what Sky TV service do you have (+, Q or Stream)? As you have posted this on the What's On board rather than the board for the specific TV platform?

I can see no forums for specific TV or Sky setups. The my sky app gives just the one thread. And even that requires a lot of digging to find.

Don't understand. I've got a broadband connection and a sky box with a satellite dish.
For some reason Netflix won't play through the Sky box and Paramount + although the app boots up won't play anything because it says that none of their shows are available in my region, ie Essex.
Both Netflix and Paramount+ will play if I by pass the Sky box and just use the LG smart tv's system.
Sky is looking redundant.
