For the last few days, I have been unable to download any shows via On Demand or Catch Up. I have the HD add on and this has been working fine for the last few years, and I have plenty of space left on the hard drive.
I get the message "We are having trouble reaching this service right now don't worry we'll keep trying"
I have reset the Sky Q box and my router (non-Sky provider) several times. My internet connection is fine (250Mb/s), all other streaming services work, and the Sky box says I'm connected to the internet. Typically if there are internet issues, I cannot access the OD or Catch Up menus, but they are also fine and I can see all the content, I just can't download it.
I'd be very grateful for your thoughts - I've seen other users have had this problem, but I've not found a solution that works.
