Can only get bbc one on tv

can only get bbc one on tv. Cannot access home,, recordings or apps etc. the only thing that is working is volume control

Hi @Lackery 

With the Q box on with green led try completly resetting your Bluetooth remote.
Press and hold 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
Then make sure that you are pointing your remote at the Q box and press 1 & 3 together until the remote led flashes and follow onscreen instructions to re- pair.

Are you sure that your TV is on the correct HDMI Source for the Sky Q box and not the BBC One Freeview channel.

Thank you very much. I am now ably to access all facilities I was not able to previously. Strangely, the one thing I could use, volume control, is it working now

hi @Lackery 

the steps following pressing 1 &3 should have taken you through this

Can you use voice control ? 

If not I suggest trying to re-pair by pressing & holding the 1 &3 together (making sure it has line of sight of the Q box)

If you can then just try re-pairing the remote by going to

Home - Settings - Setup - Remote Control

BTW after selecting the make of TV , I suggest using the 'Find It for me' rather than entering the model number
