Can not view sports on SkyQ but fine on Sky go

Any help would be appreciated. Up until yesterday I havehad a faultless experience with Sky Q and Sky Go, however, for some reason today I can not view Main Event, Cricket or F1 on my Sky Q box, but it is still fine on Sky Go? I have a subscription for all the channels and haven't made any recent changes, the message I get is 'You need to upgrade to view this channel' but when I press the red button to upgrade it says you already subscribe? I called the help centre who just tried selling me a new package and said I needed to phone a different department. I have powered the system off, but still no luck.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
