Can i put a pin for all programs? Not just parental restricted controls

I would like to restrict access completely so children cant watch Tv without asking parental permission. Is it somethings possible? Thank you!

Thanks @oldfella - i tried ticking all "ratings"  in the parental control (including U) but it seems i can still access programs(i tried after restarting the box)

Yes, but kids mode is different.

It completely restricts content.

I don't think that is possible, perhaps hide the remotes. Unless the TV can be accessed directly via the panel functions.
