Can I ‘un pair’ the sky Q remote from my tv?

I recently cancelled sky tv and replaced with ee. Ee remote won't connect to tv for volume, standby etc.

Sky Q remote was paired previously. Do I need to un pair the remote? If so, how?

Thank you in advance
